About the role

H101 Management Corp. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your artistic skills to support our hospitality and tourism operations based in Hotel101 Cebu. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a vital role in creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence, supports guest experience initiatives, and communicates effectively with our diverse clientele across our properties and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and create high-quality visual content for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and guest-facing communications

  • Develop creative concepts and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, signage, and social media content

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and front office teams to ensure visual materials align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives

  • Produce graphics for hospitality events, conferences, and special occasions

  • Edit and enhance pictures and images for use across various platforms and marketing channels

  • Respond to design briefs and deliver creative solutions within agreed timelines and specifications

  • Stay current with design trends and industry best practices in hospitality and tourism marketing

 

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or related service industry

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair, attention to detail, and visual communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams whilst meeting tight deadlines

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual designs

  • Knowledge of print and digital design specifications and output requirements

  • Familiarity with web design and social media content creation is advantageous
