Job Description:

Responsible for checking and monitoring of building equipment and technical concerns of tenants to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably with PRC license

• At least two (2) years of working experience within property operations

• Exposure in electrical, maintenance, and construction work

• Knowledge in design and Autocad

• Offers excellent oral and written communication skills

• With excellent analytical skills and extensive technical knowledge in engineering

• Pollution Control Officer training Certificate is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising, checking and monitoring of electrical and mechanical equipment of the mail to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working condition. Ensure compliance with the requirements and their respective implementing rules and regulations and other pertinent rules and regulations. Monitor compliance to the requirements specifies in the Environmental Compliance Certificate

• Prepare and submit timely of the Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR) and quarterly Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) as required by the DENR/LLDA

• Ensure that the building effluent or wastewater adhere to the passing parameters set by the DENR/LLDA

• Ensure that the building sewage treatment plant equipment’s and others are in a top condition. Monitor and ensure that the process for effluent process is strictly followed.

• Ensure that all equipment’s of the Sewage Treatment Plant are in excellent working condition which undergoes regular Preventive Maintenance
