  • Candidate must be a graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course

  • Preferrably, but not necessary, has hotel-related work experience

  • Candidate must be computer literate or knowledgeable in working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.

  • Must be able to work on flexible schedule

  • Must be willing to be train and with positive attitude

  • Must be proactive, team player and fast learner

  • Has organization skills and detail-oriented

  • Can handle stressful situations

  • Must be effective in written and verbal communication

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for check-in and check-out of the guests

  • Perform cashiering tasks

  • Answer telephone calls internal and external calls with a courteous and professional manner

  • Handle reservation emails and guest inquiries regarding room rates, hotel facilities, and general information accurately and in timely manner

  • Sending night audit reports to all concerned departments
