Brief Job Description:
INTALL, REPAIR, OPERATE & MAINTAIN DIFFERENT TYPES OF AIRCONDITIONING UNIT
Work Experience/Requirements:
-
With at least 3-4 years of working experience in maintenance, installation & repair of air-conditioning unit.

With experience on electrical/electronic & motor control troubleshooting.

Must know how to Install, operate & maintain different types of air-condition unit.
-
Knowledge on VRF Installations is an advantage.
-
Graduate of Aircon technology, refrigeration & air-conditioning or related courses.

Computer skills (at least MS Word & MS Excel)
Job Responsibilities:
-
Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.

Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment
-
Assist in verification of Air Conditiong spares purchased/supplied.

Troubleshoot and repair Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems on Air Condition equipment.

Manage the safety during troubleshoot, repair and Preventive Maintenance of equipment
-
Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.

Perform regular cleaning of Air Conditioning equipment.

Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, type of work performed and collect data for reports.

Perform work as required.
