Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Management or any related course

  • At least one year of working experience in related field is required

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other relevant software/applications

  • With excellent oral and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all administrative and office documentations are complete and systematically filed with proper labeling.

  • Monitor and facilitate the renewal of expiring permits and licenses and all other related documents. 

  • Maintain a registry of unit owners, suppliers, contractors, government agencies and all other entities concerned with the operation of the condominium.  

  • Perform canvassing of materials and services and prepare required purchase requisitions and all other pre-requisition procedures.  

  • Ensure all unit owners communications are replied to at the highest quality.  

  • Serve as a liaison between unit owners and property administrator, property engineer, security in charge and housekeeping in charge. 

  • Assist property engineer in communicating with unit owners and contractors concerning construction projects and renovation.  

  • Monitor and oversee assets and materials movement in, out or within the condominium premises.  

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other task in the guidance of Property Administrator and/or Property Engineer.  

  • Attends to the day to day concerns of unit owners, contractors and supplier and ensure that the Property Administrator is made aware of such concerns in order to address in a timely manner.  

  • Assist the Property Administrator in ensuring that the condominium is always clean and orderly by conducting rounds/inspections within the condominium. Assist the Property Administrator in the preparation of reports and documentations for submission to Officer in Charge.  

  • Perform other work as required.
