Job Title: Mall Supervisor (CityMall Palo)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain supplies inventory on a consistent basis.
• Coordinate with different department regarding major concerns like Marketing Activities and other Mall Events, Leasing, Engineering etc.
• Address immediately all equipment and/or building repairs.
• Conducts regular meeting with tenants to address all issues and concerns.
• Ensures strict implementation of Mall House Rules and Procedures, pertaining to tenants.
• Regular monitoring of cleanliness, orderliness and overall upkeep of the mall.
• Conducts/provide training and orientation to all employees to ensure consistent and strict compliance to the Standard Mall Procedures.
• Initiate cost-cutting measures and programs that will help in controlling/lowering the Mall’s Operating Expenses.
• Coordinate with different local government agencies regarding permit processing and for Security support during major mall events.
• Regular submission and completion of all reports needed, as required by the Area Managers and/or DDPMC Office.
• Perform other works as required.
