QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Has at least 1 Year relevant work experience in real estate company
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software/ applications
  • Has good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Has excellent multitasking and organization skills
  • Can perform with minimum supervision

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives, monitors, and ensures the completeness of requirements of the unit owners for income sharing and free room nights
  • Assists with the release and monitoring of Free Stay Vouchers for the free room nights of the unit owners
  • Provides assistance to the concerns of unit owners. Endorses the concern to the department involved for proper handling and monitors the concern until it is closed out.
  • Prepares report to Customer Care Officer. Records details of customer contacts and action/s taken.
  • Should communicate clearly and effectively, and evaluate every transaction with the customers to continuously improve the level of Customer Service of the Company.
