QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Has at least 1 Year relevant work experience in real estate company
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software/ applications
- Has good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Has excellent multitasking and organization skills
- Can perform with minimum supervision
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives, monitors, and ensures the completeness of requirements of the unit owners for income sharing and free room nights
- Assists with the release and monitoring of Free Stay Vouchers for the free room nights of the unit owners
- Provides assistance to the concerns of unit owners. Endorses the concern to the department involved for proper handling and monitors the concern until it is closed out.
- Prepares report to Customer Care Officer. Records details of customer contacts and action/s taken.
- Should communicate clearly and effectively, and evaluate every transaction with the customers to continuously improve the level of Customer Service of the Company.
