QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cadidate must be a graduate of any 4-year Business Administration or any related course
• Must have at least 3 years experience/exposure in mall operations or property administration, on a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Must have strong leadership, analytical, and people and people management skills
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the mall by overseeing and enhancing the value of the property thru effective and efficient management
• In-charge in supervising the entire branch team consisting of Admin staff, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering personnel
• Strict implementation of Mall House Rules and Policies
