On September 1, 2014, DoubleDragon acquired The Skysuites Corporate and Residential Towers from RCBC. The Skysuites Towers is composed of two juxtaposed sculptural forms - One circular, which is the residential tower, and the curvilinear containing the commercial office spaces. Rising on a 2,812 square meter prime corner lot property at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue, The Skysuites offers a 5 -storey podium which houses commercial and parking levels that connects the two towers.
DoubleDragon is continuing both the construction and sale of the remaining inventory of the residential units. It also intends to retain the commercial and office space for recurring rental income. The Skysuites offers 977 residential units, 18 commercial units, and 28 corporate units. Of the 977 residential units, 476 units have been sold with a total value of Php 1.8 billion while there still remains 501 residential units worth Php3.1 billion for sale. The structural of the 26-storey corporate tower has already been topped off while the 39-storey residential tower is still under construction. The projected is expected to be completed by year 2018.
